Eli has been criticized over the years as not being consistent and making poor decisions on the field. He showed in the entire playoff round of this past season that the Giants really were right in paying the price they did to acquire him from the Chargers in the draft. Over the years Eli has constantly lived in his older brother's shadow, Peyton Manning from the Colts. But with a SB ring, he's finally come out from that shadow, and proven that he's worthy to be mentioned in the same sentence as a QB back of Peyton's ability.
