Welcome to the fanlistings.org approved fanlisting for Togepi, the little baby Pokemon. Togepi doesn't really have any known abilities like other Pokemon do, because its basically a baby form. It can be evolved into a more advanced Pokemon though. Besides being a baby Pokemon, Togepi is the cutest little Pokemon since that adorable yellow electrical mouse one, Pikachu.
